Spacelabs Healthcare in Snoqualmie, WA is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Planning to lead end-to-end planning for Supplies & Accessories, converting demand into executable supply plans, and driving inventory performance. The role requires 7+ years in planning, 2+ years of people leadership, strong ERP/MRP and Power BI skills, and familiarity with CPIM/CSCP.

This hybrid position offers onsite collaboration at headquarters three or more days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, material planning, supply planning, or inventory planning.
• 2+ years of people leadership; experience leading S&OP/IBP and translating demand into executable plans.
• Proven success in improving inventory turns, service performance, and operational productivity.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/DRP, safety stock, reorder points, and lead-time management.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP and analytics capability; Dynamics or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly Sales and Inventory Planning for Supplies & Accessories, aligning multiple functions on a single operating plan.
• Integrate forecasts, historical demand, seasonality, promotions, and product changes into a consensus demand plan.
• Lead demand, supply, inventory, and executive review meetings; document decisions and risks.
• Establish scenario plans for upside/downside and product transitions with financial and customer implications.
• Maintain a disciplined planning calendar, governance, and performance cadence.
• Own end-to-end supply planning translating demand into supplier, replenishment, distribution, and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead production and material planning alignment with capacity, lead times, and quality constraints.
• Oversee MRP/DRP parameters and service-level targets.
• Identify shortages or excess capacity and drive timely decisions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate inventory plans with distribution partners and internal locations.
• Develop dashboards and standard work using ERP, Power BI, and Excel.
