Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Sr. Information Security Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for access management and mainframe security.

You will balance daily tasks with project work and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure reliable system support. The role requires deep RACF, zOS, LDAP, and certificate management experience, with responsibilities spanning audits, patching, and incident response across enterprise applications at the UMB Technology & Operations Center in Kansas City,

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology field.
• At least 7 years of in-depth experience specifically in RACF, zOS Mainframe, LDAP, SQL/Oracle/DB2, CICS, Active Directory, Identity Management, Certificate Management, Unix System Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level and audit-ready security support for IBM RACF and Mainframe environments.
• Lead and participate in change management controls for access and security configurations.
• Support incident response and audit activities across enterprise applications and mainframe environments.
• Mentor new Information Security Administrators and Analysts to grow team capabilities.
