Amadeus is seeking an Implementation Project Principal Specialist in Irving, TX. The role leads complex implementations and strategic workstreams, providing technical and delivery leadership while mentoring project teams and supporting business growth through feasibility assessments and pre-sales activities.

You will engage senior management stakeholders and drive governance, sizing, and delivery approach decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience leading complex implementation projects or major workstreams.
Advanced communication, reporting and senior stakeholder influence.
Strong business and product knowledge plus strong IT background.
Ability to support feasibility, sizing, pre-sales and delivery approach decisions.
Demonstrated mentoring, coaching and organisational improvement contribution.

Responsibilities

Lead complex implementations and strategic workstreams.
Drive delivery strategy, execution planning, governance and escalation management.
Support feasibility studies, assessments and implementation sizing activities.
Support pre-sales and customer proposal activities with delivery expertise.
