Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural or Structural Engineering.
- PE license and 10 years of related experience.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Equivalent directly related experience may substitute for degree.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design hydraulic structures for flood control and water projects.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with multi-disciplinary groups.
- Prepare scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for proposals.
- Forecast workloads and manage project schedules.
- Prepare contract documents, drawings, specs and cost estimates.
- Review shop drawings during construction and respond to questions.
- Conduct inspections and prepare technical reports on structures.
