Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of production experience in the apparel industry.
• Familiarity with sourcing, logistics, and production terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced apparel environment with multiple seasonal deliveries and high SKU volume.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product creation process from development hand-off to final production and delivery.
• Monitor the production pipeline from sample stage to final delivery and coordinate with logistics.
• Proactively track milestones and manage bulk production with overseas factories for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate shipping timelines and maintain timely product arrival with the logistics team.
• Update WIP and TaA reports based on the production schedule.
• Provide clear updates to the reporting manager and handle multiple styles across factories.
