Job summary

SET Active is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily production from development to final delivery in Beverly Hills, CA. You will manage timelines, coordinate with international vendors, track samples, and ensure quality, cost, and on‑time delivery in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to keep cross‑functional teams aligned and address roadblocks as they arise.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in apparel production, preferably activewear/athleisure.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets with analytical detail.
• Experience managing international vendors and overseas timelines.
• Solid garment construction, sourcing, sampling, and bulk production knowledge.
• Familiarity with apparel costing, DDP pricing, and invoice processing.
• Experience handling multiple SKUs, vendors, and timelines.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Design, Product Development, Logistics, and Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production from development through final delivery.
• Maintain production tracking files and provide regular updates to cross‑functional teams.
• Build/maintain production timelines and flag delays early.
• Coordinate handoffs between development, sampling, production, and logistics teams.
• Monitor X‑factory dates to align with drop calendars and photoshoot deadlines.
• Coordinate ordering, tracking, and delivery of photoshoot samples and bulk production.
