Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage seasonal production calendars to ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, tech, and sales teams to align on product strategies.
• Liaise with vendors to plan capacity, negotiate costs, and maintain quality and delivery standards.
• Monitor compliance and testing requirements for Club retailers.
• Approve key production elements including lab dips, strike-offs, and TOP samples.
• Mentor and guide junior production team members.
