Job summary

Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) in Danvers, MA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive workforce planning, operating expense analysis, and financial modeling. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to inform decisions and improve performance, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and dashboards.

The role offers hybrid work for local candidates or remote options within the Eastern time zone, with the actual salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 and eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• 5-7 years in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, with 1-3 years in workforce planning and operating expenses preferred.
• 3+ years supporting executive-level partners and presenting financial reports to leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, functions).

Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning: Expand FTE and contractor actual versus plan; enhance headcount/benefits reporting; document workflows and implement efficiency enhancements.
• Operating Expenses: Create monthly views with actual vs benchmark; provide explanations of risks and opportunities to leaders.
• Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast Process: Support budgeting/forecasting at company, BU, and product levels; develop bottoms-up plans within top-down guidelines.
• Platform & Project Support: Manage configuration of planning cycles; maintain templates, models, and dashboards; automate report packages with BI tools.
