Job summary

CCC, a leading information solutions provider, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive workforce planning, operating expense analysis, and financial modeling. You will partner with senior leadership to influence performance and planning processes from the Danvers, MA area or remotely in the eastern time zone.

The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and the development of interactive dashboards, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-7 years budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
• 1-3 years in workforce planning and operating expenses preferred.
• 3+ years presenting financial reports to senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with Planful and Power BI.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning: expand headcount reconciliations and reporting; enhance reporting capabilities.
• Operating Expenses: create monthly variance views and insights for leaders.
• Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast: support bottom-up planning and align with top-down guidance.
• Platform & Project Support: design and maintain dashboards; automate report packages.
