Jobot, a leading HealthTech company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Irvine, CA, delivering direct FP&A ownership with access to the CFO. The role requires strong modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting experience, plus proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Hybrid work schedule and permanent status are offered.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of progressive corporate FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Articulate communicator comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite independently.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Workday or similar ERP/FP&A system experience a plus.

Job Details

What You'll Do:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Build and maintain complex financial models supporting executive decision-making
• Analyze financial performance including margins, commissions, bonus structures, and pricing
• Partner directly with the CFO and C-suite to deliver financial insights
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting in Power BI and SQL
• Lead variance analysis and monthly/quarterly financial reporting
• Support ASC 606 revenue recognition and deferred revenue analysis
• Drive commission calculations and bonus modeling for clinical and operational teams
• Play a key role in Workday implementation and process modernization

What We're Looking For:
