Leoforce is seeking a senior FP&A professional in Irvine, CA. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning, and build complex financial models for executive decisions.

You’ll partner with the CFO and C-suite, develop KPI dashboards in Power BI and SQL, and support ASC 606 revenue and Workday projects. Hybrid schedule: on-site 2 days in Irvine; strong comp and benefits offered.

Formación

• 7–15 years FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Articulate communicator comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite independently.
• Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Workday or similar ERP/FP&A system experience a plus; accounting background is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Build and maintain complex financial models supporting executive decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance including margins, commissions, bonus structures, and pricing.
• Partner directly with the CFO and C-suite to deliver financial insights.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting in Power BI and SQL.
• Lead variance analysis and monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
• Support ASC 606 revenue recognition and deferred revenue analysis.
• Drive commission calculations and bonus modeling for clinical and operational teams.
• Play a key role in Workday implementation and process modernization.
