Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain FP&A to support global supply chain finance through planning, forecasting, and analysis. The role partners with commercial, logistics, planning and other finance teams to validate inputs and highlight risks and opportunities. Strong modeling and ERP experience are valued.

The position is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote, with emphasis on accuracy, standardization, and executive-ready reporting for management reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant finance and/or accounting experience.
• Hands-on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis; communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans, forecasts, reports, and analyses for Global Supply Chain and related areas.
• Consolidate Supply Chain G&A, inventory, and capital schedules for monthly forecasts and plans.
• Analyze expenditures and cost savings; provide recommendations to Director.
• Collaborate with global sites and supply chain teams to validate inputs and monitor performance.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including accruals and variances.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy and automate processes.
• Develop financial models and translate data into decision-ready materials.
