Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in New Jersey seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain FP&A. This individual-contributor role provides planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across Global Supply Chain functions, partnering with sites, logistics, planning, and finance to validate inputs and explain performance.

You will develop financial models, support the annual plan and long-range plan, deliver management-ready commentary, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or CGMA designation is a plus.
• 3–5 years of finance/FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• ERP/FP&A tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans, forecasts, reports, and analyses for Global Supply Chain and related areas.
• Consolidate Supply Chain G&A, inventory, and capital schedules for forecasts, AOP, and LRP.
• Analyze expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and quantify variances.
• Develop financial models and decision-support materials for partners and Director.
• Collaborate with sites, planning, procurement, and finance to validate inputs.
