Job summary

Xylem is a Fortune 500 global water solutions company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role partners with the Finance Director and Commercial/Operations Finance teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and weekly outlooks.

The ideal candidate delivers rigorous analysis and clear insights for stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities include investment tracking, 80/20 analysis, financial modeling, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

Experience supporting monthly investment tracking and forecasting across Americas sites and divisions.
Ability to prepare weekly outlooks, forecasts and annual budgets with variance commentary.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and planning.

Responsibilities

Support monthly investment tracking with R&D and Operations teams across Americas sites.
Assist 80/20 analysis and tracking; prepare estimates for weekly outlooks and annual budgets with variance commentary.
Coordinate monthly meetings and data collection for 80/20 Bowlers; support ad hoc reporting requests.
Analyze financial performance; deliver actionable insights to business leaders.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and planning.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
