Xylem is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Charlotte, NC, operating within the AW Americas FP&A team. The role partners with the Finance Director and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, budgeting and weekly outlooks. Qualifications

• Experience in forecasting, budgeting and weekly outlook processes.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly investment tracking with R&D and Operations teams across Americas sites and divisions.
• Prepare estimates for weekly outlooks, forecasts and annual budgets with variance commentary.
• Coordinate monthly meetings and data collection for 80/20 activities and ad hoc reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to business leaders.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and planning.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
