Xylem, a Fortune 500 water technology company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to shape the global financial strategy for Applied Water. This leader will drive planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, delivering actionable insights to support growth and efficiency.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance across sites worldwide, and leads BI initiatives to enhance visibility into performance trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, finance, or related roles.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills to partner across functions and levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive actions to improve financial performance and mitigate risks.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: develop and maintain forecasts and budgets.
• Business Intelligence: use BI tools to gather insights for decision-making.
• Performance Improvement: drive efficiency and growth across the business.
• Compliance and Risk Management: ensure regulatory compliance.
