Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead global FP&A for the Applied Water business. This role drives forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance to enable data-driven decisions and improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, finance, or related roles.
• Strong collaboration and influencing across functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business operating systems/applications.
• LEAN and/or Green Belt certification and international experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
• Utilize BI tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance to align with objectives.
• Identify areas for financial and operational improvement and drive efficiency.
