Resolution Think LLC seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Tysons Corner, VA. This hybrid role combines financial planning, recording, and management reporting for a federal contracting business. You will own monthly close tasks, analyze contract profitability, and support joint venture accounting.

The position requires 7–10 years in accounting, hands-on QuickBooks, advanced Excel, and Power BI skills. Flexible for part-time or full-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ years owning the monthly close.
• Experience with federal contractor contracts and government billing a plus.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Power BI, and data reporting.
• Ability to document reconciliations and communicate with nonfinancial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and budget-to-actual analyses.
• Analyze revenue, labor costs, expenses, and profitability by contract/project.
• Develop budgets, cash forecasts, and financial models.
• Maintain general ledger in QuickBooks and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate month-end close with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support contract billing, subcontractor invoices, and cost accounting.
• Provide visibility into cash flow and manage joint-venture accounting.
