Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Tysons Corner, VA, to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. In this visible role you will collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and contribute to strategic financial decision-making.

Based in McLean, VA with Friday telework, you will build analyses, dashboards, and models, drive variance analysis, and partner with leadership to frame financial insights for executives and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive finance experience at a government contracting organization.
• Advanced Excel skills with dynamic financial models.
• Ability to work with large datasets, evaluate financial data, and identify business trends.
• Understanding of GAAP.
• Working knowledge of FAR and CAS for indirect rate structures and cost allowability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership presentations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in KPI design and budget vs. actual analyses.
• Create management reports for executives and the Board.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.
• Develop indirect rate forecasts and cost allowability reviews.
• Provide rate and cost inputs for proposals.
• Explain drivers of variances to leadership.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling.
• Identify FP&A process improvements and implement better reporting tools.
