Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, public administration, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of federal financial management, financial systems, data analytics, or related consulting experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, or user guidance.
• Experience supporting operations, implementation, or user adoption of financial/budgeting applications.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to present complex datasets clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the financial management and budgeting application.
• Translate system processes into clear operating guidance and document workflows.
• Conduct data analysis, validate information, and support financial reporting and decision-making.
• Develop procedures, desk guides, and user aids; assist with user enablement and training.
