Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Federal project experience or equivalent.
• Must pass client background check including motor vehicle check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite client contact.
• Maintain quality control procedures.
• Oversee design reviews and estimates.
• Oversee claims avoidance procedures.
• Coordinate design team actions and approval processes.
• Review cash flow projections as needed.
• Monitor budget and schedule adherence.
• Manage owner-directed vendors and consultants.
• Provide overall program leadership and direction.
