Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 8–10+ years of professional experience in architectural or building project management.
• Experience delivering institutional, healthcare, or complex building projects including federal work.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software including Revit and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of project delivery from planning to closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Manage project scope, schedules, staffing plans, and fee budgets with attention to federal contracting and documentation requirements.
• Monitor project financial performance, including labor utilization, invoicing, and change management.
• Coordinate and oversee preparation, review, and quality control of construction documents per federal standards.
• Lead consultant coordination across architectural, engineering, and specialty disciplines.
• Support contract negotiations, consultant agreements, and client amendments with firm leadership.
• Oversee construction administration activities including submittal review, RFIs, site visits, and issue resolution.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, progress reports, and other required project documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
• Support marketing and business development, including proposal development and client interviews.
