Job summary

Orano Federal Services is seeking a Contracts & Procurement Administrator in Oak Ridge, TN. This role supports procurement, contract strategy, and compliance with federal requirements. Hybrid work may be available, with emphasis on RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, subcontracts, and PO generation to drive project success.

The position requires a BA/BS with 10+ years of related experience, strong knowledge of FAR/DEAR/DFAR, and excellent negotiation and documentation skills for government contracts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with extensive procurement and contracting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Federal Government contracts and related regulations.
• Strong negotiation, risk, and compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee purchasing decisions and vendor contracts.
• Negotiate terms, manage RFIs/RFPs and subcontracts.
• Prepare purchase orders with proper documentation.
• Advise on contract clarity, risks, and budget implications.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve conflicts with PM.
