Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Contract Administrator to join its contracts organization. You will support Government programs, capture and proposal activities, and provide contract operations support, reporting to Contracts Leadership.

The role requires building customer relationships, risk mitigation, and close collaboration with program management and other functions; FAR/DFARS knowledge is essential and onsite work at Rocket Center, WV is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of applied experience; or a Bachelor's with 8 years.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with Cost Reimbursable and Firm Fixed Price contracts.
• Strong proposal development, negotiation, and communication skills.
• FAR/DFARS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work complex assignments independently with Finance, PM and management.
• Lead proposal prep, contract negotiation, and contract administration from proposal to closeout.
• Administer daily contract activities for various product lines and contract types.
• Enter and manage data in Contract Management System and finance/delivery systems.
• Participate in customer meetings and monitor compliance to contract requirements.
• Ensure NDAs and terms and conditions negotiated within company guidelines.
