A contract management firm in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, seeks a Senior Contracts Specialist for full-time employment. The role involves managing contracts for federal projects, including creating and negotiating contracts, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of federal contract management experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience in federal contract administration, subcontract administration, and/or procurement.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain clearance if necessary.

Mansioni

• Compile and issue Request for Proposal and Request for Quote packages.
• Negotiate price and terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Administer subcontract during performance, ensuring compliance.
• Track prime contract and subcontractor funding and performance.
