Vinci is seeking a seasoned Events Manager to build and own a high-impact event portfolio in a demanding, technical market. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape where Vinci shows up, what experiences we create, and how we turn events into commercial momentum.

You will oversee sponsorships, speaker programs, live demos, webinars, and post-event analytics, driving measurable outcomes while maintaining top execution standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of event marketing experience with multi-event ownership.
• Direct experience with B2B technology or technical events (DAC, SEMICON a plus).
• A track record of measurable commercial outcomes from events.
• Strong judgment on sponsorship investments and trade-offs.
• Exceptional project-management across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to work credibly with engineers and product leaders.
• Experience incorporating live product demonstrations in events.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing-automation systems; Salesforce is a plus.
• Builder mindset creating systems, templates, and standards.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing.
• Composure under pressure and high execution standards.
• Comfort in a high-growth environment with evolving playbooks.

Responsabilités

• Build and run Vinci's event portfolio; shape strategy across conferences, symposia, and webinars.
• Translate technical differentiation into physical event experiences; own booth design and demos.
• Own sponsorship strategy, negotiate terms, manage vendors, and track spend.
• Run the speaking and technical-program pipeline; coordinate CFPs, abstracts, and rehearsals.
• Develop webinar and digital-event motions with Product Marketing and Campaigns Manager.
• Turn events into commercial momentum with Sales through pre/post-event activities and reporting.
• Create an operating system for the program: budgets, templates, post-event debriefs.
• Be the center of gravity when stakes are high; manage risk and keep the machine moving.
