Job summary

Vinci, a leader in Physics AI for hardware design, seeks a senior thermo‑mechanical engineering leader for its European Forward Deployment team. You will build, mentor, and guide a high‑performing team of engineers focused on demonstrating Vinci’s platform value to top semiconductor customers.

You will apply advanced continuum mechanics and FEA to validate complex designs, drive PoC engagements, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering across regions, including Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in thermo‑mechanical simulations or related field.
• Deep domain expertise in semiconductor packaging or related areas.
• Strong customer-facing experience and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a thermo‑mechanical engineering team across Europe.
• Guide PoCs and live demonstrations for enterprise customers.
• Oversee simulation setup, run complex tests, and interpret results.
• Provide senior technical guidance and enablement for customers.
• Feedback product and engineering teams with field insights.
• Represent Vinci at industry events and conferences.
• Maintain current knowledge of market trends and competitors.
