Qualifications

• Eight or more years of related experience with at least four years in project management in heavy industrial, complex engineering projects.
• Experience leading EPC/EPCM industrial capital projects is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting refining projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of capital project delivery across FEL, detailed design, and construction support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-size capital engineering and procurement projects up to $60M TIC from proposal through closeout.
• Establish and maintain collaborative client relationships and clear decision-making.
• Prepare engineering project proposals for new projects or next phases.
• Lead meetings with clients, contractors, and internal staff.
• Review and approve client invoices prior to submittal.
• Manage project cost and schedule with effective project controls and change management.
• Forecast resource needs using Eichleay internal systems.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and continuous improvements.
• Travel to nearby refinery sites as required.
