Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in refinery or oil & gas industries.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical) with ability to obtain WA licensure.
• Experience leading electrical discipline on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proficiency with ETAP/SKM/EasyPower and electrical design deliverables.
• Strong collaboration and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical discipline on assigned refinery/heavy industrial projects, owning scope, budget, and schedule.
• Perform QA reviews of electrical deliverables and provide direction to junior engineers and designers.
• Lead client technical discussions and develop electrical scope estimates.
• Assemble technical specifications and bid packages for electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, API, NFPA 70E, and other standards; support startup and commissioning.
