The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, vendor coordination, mentoring, and collaboration with internal IT teams to deliver network projects and disaster planning while operating in a hybrid on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on enterprise networking experience and strong troubleshooting depth.
• Ability to lead and mentor network team members and collaborate across IT teams.
• Experience with vendor management and installation of network projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day support, monitoring, configuration, repair, and lifecycle work for network equipment and connected devices.
• Support and troubleshoot WAN, LAN, WiFi, internet, VPN, firewall-related, and application connectivity issues.
• Serve as an escalation point and mentor for other network team members.
• Partner with internal IT teams, vendors, and suppliers to deliver network projects and resolve service issues.
• Support disaster planning, documentation, inventory tracking, budgeting, and standards development.
