This contract position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Lansing, MI for two days per week. You will interact with executives, manage budgets, and coordinate multi-department efforts across large teams.

Qualifications

• IT project management experience.
• RFP experience.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Ability to resolve high-priority conflicts and competing requirements.
• Experience applying project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with SDLC for new/existing systems.
• Clear stakeholder communication能力.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and vendors; lead monthly sponsor meetings to report health and momentum.
• Establish and monitor project controls for cost, quality, and schedule changes.
• Provide planning, staffing, and reporting to ensure project goals are met.
• Direct day-to-day team activities per the project plan.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks to support overall operations.
