Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Sr Network Engineer for a permanent hybrid role based in Mason, MI. You will administer and support the company's global data communications network, including design, development, installation, proactive monitoring, optimization and maintenance of network hardware, software, policies, procedures, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated engineering (configuration) experience.
• Experience with Out of Band Management (Open Gear).
• Azure networking experience including Azure on-ramp/express route, Azure subscription networking.
• Advanced routing and switching protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP).
• SD-WAN experience with Viptela preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable network designs from architects' concepts and requirements.
• Ensure designs and deployments are fully documented and supportable.
