USI Insurance Services is seeking an EB Senior Account Manager in Erie, PA to manage complex employee benefit accounts and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.

In a hybrid role, you will balance on-site client interactions with remote work, guide renewals, analyze utilization, and coordinate with carriers to deliver tailored benefit plans while staying compliant with ERISA and related regulations.

Qualifikationen

• >4+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related marketplace.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of employee benefit plan design, funding arrangements, and compliance requirements.
• Active Life and Disability insurance license or ability to obtain within 4 months of employment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
• Ability to review complex information and develop client-focused solutions.
• Ability to balance multiple demands and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to self-review for accuracy.

Aufgaben

• > Manage a complex book of business with multiple funding arrangements and high customization.
• > Serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
• > Lead client renewals, analyze utilization, and negotiate with carriers.
• > Provide SME in employee benefits and support the Account Management team.
• > Educate and advise clients on ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, Form 5500, and Health Care Reform.
• > Lead client meetings, including on-site meetings, to present renewals and recommendations.
• > Coordinate with technical resources for complex needs.
• > Develop employee communications for renewals and benefit changes; oversee issue resolution.
• > Peer review standard client deliverables for quality and consistency.
• > Develop and deliver training for the Account Management team; stay current on industry trends.
