Job summary

Aldridge Electric in Libertyville, IL seeks an experienced Senior Manager Environment Health Safety to lead and enhance EHS programs across our operations. This full-time hybrid role develops and implements strategies, conducts site audits, monitors compliance, and drives continuous improvement to protect workers and the public.

The position oversees incident investigations, analyzes trends, delivers training, and partners with project leadership to embed safety into planning and execution

Qualifications

• EHS expertise in health, safety and environment regulations and practices.
• Experience in occupational health, risk assessment and exposure controls.
• Proven accident investigation, root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Safety training program design, regulatory compliance, and coaching.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety/environmental regs (OSHA/EPA).
• Leadership of EHS programs in construction or infrastructure industries.
• Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder engagement.
• A bachelor degree plus CSP/CHMM/CIH certifications is preferred.

• Develop and implement EHS strategies across Aldridge Electric operations.
• Conduct site audits and monitor regulatory compliance.
• Oversee accident investigations and trend analysis with corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training programs and guidance to teams.
