Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Milwaukee, seeks a senior EHS leader to guide environmental, health, and safety initiatives across business units. You will shape strategy, ensure policy compliance, and drive proactive risk management.

The role requires a strong background in EHS leadership, regulatory acumen, and collaboration with global partners. Hybrid work policy applies; a CSP/CIH/CHMM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of EHS experience, including manufacturing leadership.
• Experience managing regulatory compliance programs and EHS management systems.
• CSP, CIH, or CHMM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and advisement to support the EHS strategy and management systems within Rockwell Automation business units.
• Support, maintain and modify Headquarters environmental, health and safety policies and procedures for compliance.
• Stay informed about regulatory standards and trends for application to Rockwell Automation businesses.
• Provide technical support and coordination on EHS issues affecting projects and processes.
