Team USA is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition to lead the USOPC's recruiting function across divisions and locations. You will translate talent strategies into scalable processes, oversee full-cycle recruitment, and manage a high-performing TA team, partnering with Compensation and People partners to strengthen capability.

You will guide executives on strategy, sourcing, and offers, while building diverse pipelines and aligning with workforce plans for Games cycles.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• Experience managing staff with mentoring and performance management.
• Experience leading talent acquisition operations and sourcing programs.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on complex searches.
• Understanding of talent acquisition lifecycle and sourcing best practices.
• Ability to develop diverse talent pipelines and inclusive relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
