Job summary

USA Gymnastics in Indianapolis seeks a Director of Games Operations and National Team Services to lead planning and coordination for Olympic and other major Games, ensuring safe sport practices and alignment with USOPC.

This role oversees NT services, athlete funding programs, cross-discipline initiatives and international relations, working with internal teams and partners to advance high-performance objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in sports management or related field.
• Experience working within the Olympic Movement at an NGB/USOPC or OCOG is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delegation logistics and planning of multi-sport Games events including Olympic and Pan American Games.
• Provide on-site operational support for Games events.
• Assist in developing USOPC High-Performance Plans with annual updates and funding reporting.
• Draft and implement selection procedures for all NT programs.
• Collaborate with USOPC Sport Performance on cross-discipline initiatives, deliverables, and reporting.
• Manage National Team services including NT communications and NT data systems.
• Support international relations tasks with World Gymnastics and PAGU.
• Promote Safe Sport and compliant practices across the organization.
