Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive fundraising or development operations experience.
• Proven success leading annual giving and donor engagement programs.
• Strong fundraising operations, donor databases, reporting and analytics.
• Experience managing multi-channel fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship.
• Ability to analyze fundraising performance data and translate insights into strategy.
• Strong project management, organizational and operational leadership skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with CRM and fundraising technology platforms.
• Passion for Meals on Wheels America and the CARES values.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and mid-level giving strategies to drive donor acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
• Oversee development operations, including gift processing, donor database management and reporting.
• Develop fundraising dashboards and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and develop teams responsible for annual giving, donor services and operations.
