Job summary

Meals on Wheels Central Texas is seeking an Individual Giving & Donor Engagement Manager to lead a robust donor program, including direct mail, digital campaigns, and giving circles. You will work with the CAO and Director of Development to grow and retain individual donors through data-informed approaches and innovative tools.

The role requires exceptional writing, strong project management, and the ability to upgrade mid-level donors while expanding engagement opportunities such as site tours

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ nonprofit fundraising experience with strong donor engagement.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for donor communications across direct mail, email, and digital campaigns.
• Commitment to servant-leadership and excellence in performance.
• Knowledge of donor acquisition, retention, recurring giving, stewardship, and engagement best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret donor data, evaluate campaigns, and identify trends.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CAO & DoD to execute a comprehensive annual giving strategy for donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrade.
• Create and manage a multi-channel fundraising calendar including direct mail, email, digital campaigns, and workplace giving.
• Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and content development for successful campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on donor behavior and trends.
• Identify impactful stories with program/communications staff to demonstrate mission impact and inspire giving.
• Ensure fundraising communications align with brand standards and best practices.
