Citi is hiring a Digital Software Engineer Sr. Analyst (AVP) to lead agile testing across complex environments. You will guide mid-size feature development, drive automation, and mentor teams in best practices for CI/CD and test strategies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead mid-size feature or application design and development

Coach and train teams on unit testing and CI/CD
Ensure 100% automated test coverage including edge cases
Participate in planning and story-pointing
Develop BDD scripts and E2E testing within CI/CD
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
