• Devise strategy for agile testing in a complex integrated & virtualized testing environment.
• Lead mid-size feature or application design and development across 2 to 3 sprints.
• Serve as a development lead on medium-scale projects and support larger efforts.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and grooming to resolve dependencies.
• Plan Poker and ensure end-to-end story-pointing.
