Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD implementations.
• Knowledge of release orchestration and migration (XLR, Harness).
• Experience with Groovy, YAML, shell scripting, and Python.
• Familiar with branching strategies, PR workflows, and release management.
• Exposure to artifact repositories, secrets management, and deployment promotions.

Responsibilities

• Establish consistent CI/CD pipeline standards and governance.
• Implement deployment pipelines in Harness for environment delivery.
• Standardize branching, PR, release and promotion workflows.
• Integrate pipelines with security scanning, approvals, testing, and artifacts.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end pipeline and deployment issues.
• Automate build, deployment, rollback, and release validation processes.
• Improve pipeline reliability, governance, and developer self-service.
• Capacity planning and migration onboarding with teams.
• Support modernization of pipelines across enterprise platforms (WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, IIS, containers).
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and release teams.
