Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps or CI/CD modernization.
• Experience with enterprise delivery pipelines across hybrid environments.
• Skilled in automation, governance, and secure software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish CI/CD standards with secure, testable pipelines.
• Implement deployment pipelines in Harness across environments.
• Standardize branching, PRs, releases, and promotions.
• Integrate pipelines with security scans, approvals, testing, and repos.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end (pipeline, package, dependencies, deployment).
• Automate build, deployment, rollback, and release validation.
• Improve pipeline reliability, governance and self-service for developers.
• Capacity planning and migration onboarding with teams.
