Job summary

Koch is seeking a Demand Planner / Sr Demand Planner in Atlanta, GA hybrid role to manage Dixie Food Service Cutlery forecast and key account planning. You will partner with sales and customer planning to gain insights, drive a forecast point of view, and lead S&OP with the category team for forecast alignment.

The role requires collaboration with category managers and sales to present forecast changes, track performance, and understand promotions to align volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP IBP planning system; MS Office Suite including Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Forecast Management: adjust and maintain the 13-week and 18-month horizon forecasts.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to lead Demand Alignment and Demand Review meetings.
• Partner with Sales to gather insights and ensure accurate forecast as basis for planning.
