Job summary

Primary Care Coalition of Montgomery County, Maryland (PCC) seeks a Senior Data Manager to lead analytics across clinical, operational, and population health initiatives. The role focuses on developing decision-support tools, automating data extraction, and presenting insights to drive performance improvements.

The position is Hybrid in-person and telework, with some on-site requirements and collaboration with staff and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a clinical health care field, health administration, health systems administration, information systems, biostatistics or related field. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience, preferably in health care, performing data analysis of clinical or operational information.

Responsibilities

Perform data extractions and analyses to support ad-hoc and standing requests with accurate interpretation.
Review and update performance metrics for program and project areas.
Collaborate with internal staff and external organizations to ensure data accuracy and resolve reporting issues.
Develop and maintain automated data extraction/ETL processes across diverse data sources.
Create reports and present insights to management to drive decision-making.
Produce visual presentations for management meetings on indicators.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and data design enhancements.
