Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Business Domain Data Modeler to design and maintain data models that reflect business requirements and support health information analytics.

You will collaborate with Analytics Manager, Data Scientists, and EASE users to develop Information Marts and ensure data quality, documentation, and self-service BI readiness. Hybrid, on-site every 4th Wednesday, contract role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data warehouse modeling experience.
• 3 years of SQL experience.
• 2 years of WhereScape RED and 3D experience.
• 1 year of Snowflake experience.
• BA or BS in Business Information Systems, IT, CS or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills.
• High personal and professional integrity.
• Collaborate well with a team.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, BOX, AWS, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain data models that accurately represent business requirements.
• Enhance existing data models to improve efficiency, data quality and user-friendliness.
• Perform regular data reconciliation tasks to identify and resolve discrepancies between data sources.
• Monitor, assess, and improve data quality for accuracy and completeness.
• Implement and validate business rules to ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure changes are reflected across the data architecture.
• Test and validate data logic changes using Validatar tool.
• Identify opportunities for data enhancements to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of data processes, changes and enhancements.
• Assist with design and modification of the EASE Data Warehouse Solution.
• Create and optimize data models to support health information analytics.
• Collaborate with Analytics Manager, Data Scientists and EASE users to develop Information Marts for self-service.
