Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, population health, quality improvement, value-based care.
• 7 years working with healthcare data across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers.
• 7 years supporting quality reporting and value-based care programs incl. regulatory requirements.
• 5 years analyzing large datasets and developing reports, dashboards, insights.
• Experience with Epic and analytics tools; collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to leaders to advance value-based care and outcomes.
• Translate data into actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting for decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on quality performance and shared savings.
• Develop quality roadmaps, dashboards, scorecards, and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Practice Transformation, Risk Adjustment, Care Management, and Payer Relations.
• Design automated, scalable reporting solutions for clinical operations and compliance.
• Evaluate program impact with performance measurement and ROI assessments.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Represent department on medium- to large-scale projects; mentor team members.
• Stay current on payer requirements and best practices in population health.
