Job summary

Veritas Search Group seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead enterprise data analytics and integration initiatives in a hybrid role near Irvine, CA.

You will drive data warehousing, data products, and cross-system integrations to improve reporting and decision-making. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of IT project delivery, PMP and Scrum certifications, and hands-on experience with Smartsheet/Jira, data platforms, and hybrid PM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, IT or related field.
• 7+ years IT/technology experience with enterprise technology and transformation initiatives.
• PMP certification is required.
• CSM or CSPO certification is required.
• Proven experience in data warehousing, data integration, and BI projects.
• Strong knowledge of data lake architectures, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and modern analytics platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Smartsheet and Jira for scheduling, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid PM methodologies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with data architects and BI teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data analytics, data warehousing, BI, and data integration projects.
• Manage project schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications across initiatives.
• Oversee development of enterprise data marts, ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data integration from ERP, CRM (JD Edwards, Salesforce) and other apps.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and milestones.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, Agile backlogs, sprint schedules, dashboards, and status reports.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, releases, retrospectives, and hybrid delivery.
• Identify resource gaps and risks, driving timely resolution and executive decisions.
• Oversee SQA, UAT, deployment, and production readiness.
• Coordinate change management, communications, and user adoption of analytics solutions.
• Develop transition-to-support plans, operational controls, and KPIs.
• Support PMO standards, health assessments, and lessons-learned activities.
