Job summary

Veritas Search Group is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead enterprise IT and business initiatives within a fast-paced EPMO. The role focuses on IT infrastructure, cloud migrations, and technology modernization, with strong communication to executives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in progressive project management,熟悉 Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and can manage 5–7 projects concurrently while coordinating with sponsors, IT teams, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience, with more extensive enterprise-level experience expected for senior-level candidates.
• Demonstrated success managing complex IT infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience working directly with executive sponsors and senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, risk registers, executive reports, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and business requirements.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent enterprise IT and business projects, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
• Oversee projects involving IT infrastructure, cloud migrations, enterprise software implementations, and technology modernization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, charters, RAID logs, status reports, and other project documentation.
• Manage approximately 5-7 concurrent projects, depending on size and complexity.
• Work directly with executive sponsors, senior leadership, IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Provide clear, concise, and accurate project status updates, identifying risks, dependencies, milestones, and required decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and manage competing project priorities.
• Apply hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalat[e] appropriately.
• Collaborate with department leadership and Finance on project budgets, resource planning, and financial considerations.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive presentations.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives, technical requirements, and organizational priorities.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards.
