Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to partner with Pontchartrain, LA and Monroe, NC sites, supporting inventory and cost accounting, and fixed assets across U.S. operations.

This hybrid role reports to the Senior Manager, Cost Accounting and involves travel up to 20% to NC sites and other projects. You will ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, provide financial insights, and collaborate with operations to optimize costs while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with standard costing and U.S. GAAP inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary cost and inventory accounting resource for assigned facilities.
• Maintain standard costs and analyze variances (material, labor, overhead).
• Perform inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and adjustments.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to drive cost improvements and controls.
